- Optimize environmental factors (e.g., temperature, CO₂ levels, pH) and culture medium composition to support specific cell types.
- Identify and troubleshoot contamination issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize Specialized Techniques
- Employ advanced methods, including 3D cell culture, co-culture systems, and stem cell culture, depending on course scope.
- Execute specific assays for cellular activity, such as viability tests, proliferation assays, and immunostaining.
- Interpret Experimental Data
- Analyze and interpret data derived from cell culture experiments using microscopy, spectrophotometry, or other relevant techniques.
